Cookie Policy

1. About this document
This Policy describes the cookies and other browser storage used by the Aitechestvo service in the Russian region (website, Console and web chat). The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Vitalyevna Orlova. Personal data processing is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy (/en/legal/privacy).
2. We use strictly necessary cookies only
The Service does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, third-party visitor counters, pixels, social widgets, third-party content delivery networks or third-party fonts. While you use the website and the Console, your browser makes no requests to resources outside the Service's Russian region. The cookie notice on the website is therefore informational and offers no category choices.

3. Browser storage
Besides cookies, the Service keeps data in your browser that is not sent to the server automatically (for when the web chat history is sent to the server, see section 6):

The cookie notice is plain text in the website footer and stores nothing in the browser.
If you use a shared computer, log out when you finish: logging out removes the chat history from the browser.
4. Payment service pages
When you pay by card, SberPay or SBP, you are taken to a page of the YooKassa payment service (NCO YooMoney LLC), which uses its own cookies under its own rules. The Service does not control those cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you cannot log in to the Console; without the language cookie the site picks the language from your browser settings.
6. Legal ground
Strictly necessary cookies are used because the functionality you request (logging in, remembering the language you chose) cannot be provided without them. No separate consent to cookies is therefore requested, and the cookie notice in the website footer and this Policy are informational.
The session cookie is set only when a registered user logs in to the Console. The session identifier, together with the IP address and browser information, is processed as personal data, for the purposes, on the grounds and for the periods set out in clauses 4.1 and 4.3 of the Personal Data Processing Policy (/en/legal/privacy). The language cookie holds only the code of the chosen language and does not identify the user. Browser storage data (section 3) stays on your device and is not sent to the Operator on its own. When you send a message in the web chat or ask for a reply again, the earlier messages of that conversation (with their attachments and the model's replies) are also sent to the Service's server: the model needs them as the context of the conversation, and they are processed in the same way as the new message, as Request content under section 9 of the Personal Data Processing Policy (/en/legal/privacy). Values that were not masked in earlier messages are therefore sent to the model provider again with every later message or repeated reply request in that conversation.
7. Changes
If new cookies are added or their purpose changes, a new version of this Policy is published. We will not add non-essential cookies without asking for your consent first.
