This English text is a convenience translation of the Russian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Version: 2026-10-28. Effective date: 28 October 2026.

This consent is drawn up separately from any other documents (the offer, the personal data processing policy, etc.) in accordance with Article 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (the PD Law) as amended by Federal Law No. 156-FZ of 24 June 2025, in force from 1 September 2025.
